Beautiful Condo

This was our 3rd stay at Indian Shores. This condo was the best one. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal! Comfortable beds, very clean and updated. Minor glitch with the keypad entry when we arrived but very quick response from the owner and fixed right away. We will be back!

The condo looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable and they provided extra pillows. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. The unit is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. I would definitely recommend. The only downside is there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, they only provide a public laundry facility and I didn’t feel comfortable using it

What a view

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the intercoastal.We saw dolphins a couple of times.The kitchen was well equipped. It has a Keurig as well as regular coffee maker. It has a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. All came in handy. The beds were super comfortable. Provided plenty of bath towels, as well as pool towels. I wished we could have spent more time there because we really enjoyed the condo but had to leave early because of hurricane Helene. This was our 5th visit to Indian Rocks. The area is beautiful and the people are so nice. It's like our home away from home. I understand Indian Rocks was impacted by the hurricane. Keeping all in prayer as they start the rebuilding process.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is lovely. The furnishings and decor are modern and tasteful. Beds are comfy and we slept well in our respective rooms. Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo. Location has beautiful view of the water. Close to the pool. Had everything you need for a great stay. Kitchen stocked well with appliances, spices and dishes to prepare meals. Beds are extremely comfortable which is a major plus for myself and my husband. The owner is amazing and great to work with.

Perfect location; quiet, on the water so great view of the intercoastal, short walk to beach, pool, restaurants and great coffee shop, plenty of parking. Saw dolphins from the sun porch! Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2024

Great location and very clean and somewhat luxurious interior. Walking distance to anything you might need during your stay. Best part was the view of the river/canal. Watching the wild life and boats all day long was a daily ritual before going to the beach. All the amenities you would need included as far as the kitchen and the bathroom are concerned. Will be staying here again!

We had a great experience. The house was clean, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, extra towels, and beach gear. Used the beach chairs and handy beach wagon. Heated pool was a nice bonus. Great location for walking and close to other places of interest by car. Owners were very responsive.

Great location, clean, quiet property

Very cozy, quiet, clean condo on intercoastal waterway. Short walk to the beach. Beach gear and wagon provided. The property is very well maintained (it is clear that property owners follow rules to ensure clean, uncluttered, well maintained complex). The pool area is a 10/10. The condo itself was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The water view and sunrises were amazing. The owners did a beautiful job with furniture and decor. We will definitely return to this location. Thank you Joe and Nicole for the lovely vacation.

A great stay in a great condo!

The condo was perfect for us, a family of 3 from the the UK. The utilisation of space and the decor stood out. The views to the waterway from the rear is a real highlight. We enjoyed several beach sunsets and ate in, the kitchen and facilities are very good - The pool was a slight let down but we're beach people so the location was ideal - Pretty sure we'll return soon - Thanks for a great stay.

The Best!!

Everything was updated and fantastic. Everything we needed. Had a small issue with the automated door lock and in 5 minutes Joe (the owner) came the street from his residence and resolved the issue. He was great, got to talk with him for a few minutes. What a fantastic host. Again great place. Will be bringing the family back again next year. Boom!!!

Property was perfect. Very clean and safe. No worries about being out at night. Beach is right across the street and never got crowded. Loved the pool on the property and being able to sit out and look at the inter coastal. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed. The condo was also clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.

Loved our stay!

This property is in a great location. It’s quiet, beautiful and well-kept. We loved watching the birds out on the waterway every morning. The one drawback was that the pool was being resurfaced for our entire stay and was unavailable for use. Our property manager/host was very apologetic and we understood it was out of their control.

Steps Away to Paradise

This condo is so well laid out with 2 bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen . Was absolutely perfect place for Grandma and Grandpa (first timers) to babysit our infant grandson while our daughter went to classes during the day for Physical Therapy Continuing Ed course . It is 2 minute walk to the beach!! Our hosts had everything.. beach chairs, gas’s grill, towels, even bikes that we never got a chance to use!! The sitting room on the back over looked the Intercoastal was great to watch for the porpoise!! Thank you for your beautiful condo !!

We definitely had the best corner of this entire Barefoot beach complex. Beautiful upper floor condo, Well done, Florida decor. Nicole did a wonderful job. Joe and Nicole were very attentive to any issues we had. Definitely will stay there again!! Thanks Joe and Nicole for everything!

Fabulous Place!

Sorry I am a little late in writing this review but work got the best of me. We had a wonderful time in this condo - everything was perfect. Exceptionally clean, beautiful decor and a huge tv. We enjoyed the view from the sun porch and walking to the beach everyday. The beach is just across the street so it was only a short walk. Mini golf down the street was also lots of fun. Owners were great to work with - they made sure everything was perfect for us. We would definitely book this again. Thanks for making our little vacation wonderful!

Barefoot beach

We enjoyed our stay at Joe and Nicole’s condo. It had wonder views of the back back bay. We watched boats all day. We also tried a little fishing.. It was a very nice location and if we had a issue the owners were just a phone call away.

Beautiful condo that felt like home

The condo was immaculate and I'm a very picky person regarding cleanliness. The pictures online do not do it justice. It was just perfect in so many ways. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and restaurants in the area. The sun room was one of our favorite spots to enjoy watching the birds and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We will definatley be back!
