Condo had a well stocked kitchen, sand toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon. We seen dolphins multiple times a day from the balcony. The walk to the beach wasn't bad and the beach itself is not crowded which is nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay the only thing I can think of that it needs is a new broom and vacuum.

We were all happy with all the beach items that were available to use. Also enjoyed the pool area. I liked sitting out on balcony watching boats go by and the dolphins! Great vacation!

Fun - while it lasted

We loved the condo and the property, from meeting our needs to communication with management (minor issues), to the sunrises to the new pool area, to the location of beaches, restaurants and attractions. Our only issue was our stay was interrupted by Helene and we had to evacuate after spending only 2 1/2 days there. Lesson learned, no more vacations during hurricane season. We had rented a condo previously there and the above reasons are what brought us back. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Best place to stay to see everything

This place is exactly like the photos. It is 30 min from St Pete and 30 min to Clearwater. The beach across the street was exactly what we like…. Quiet and close! We saw dolphins every day, except for during the hurricane! This place was amazing and I recommend, 5/5!!

Everything thing we needed!

Condo had something for everyone to do. From fishing off the dock for my husband to pickleball, shuffleboard and pool for the teens and for me was sitting on balcony watching several dolphins swim by each day which was perfect. Unit was fully stocked with beach chairs, wagon, umbrella. Lots of dishes. Unit was good size, nicely decorated and clean with plenty of room. Would love to come back and stay again!

Bayshore Stay

Our month long stay at Bayshore was very pleasant. The condo was newly renovated and very comfortable. There was tennis and pickleball. I introduced myself to the pickleball players on day one and was welcomed to play for the month. Renovations on the pool area were being completed when we arrived. The overall location is great. Plenty to do in the area.

Great Condo!

We stayed 8-4-23 to 8-11-23. The condo was very nice. We come to the beaches in this area every yr & this is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. The owners did a great job w/their renovations. I peeked in the other condos & they are not as updated. It pretty much has everything you will need. The weather was scorching this yr & the a/c was ice cold ( a lil too cold as the temp gage seemed to hav a mind of its own lol but it was a good problem ). The pool was a welcome spot as the ocean this summer felt like a hot tub , very hot. The beach is across the street ( about a 4min walk. ) Indian Shores has become our preferred location on Gulf Blvd as the beaches are not as crowded & it’s a quiet area compared to the other locations. We never heard from the owners but didn’t really need them. If this place had its own washer & dryer it would be perfect. We treated the condo as if it were our own home & made sure it was clean when we left. Pride of ownership rubs off on you. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This Beautiful Unit Has Everything!

This is a beautiful unit that the owners have stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The 4th floor location has a view of the pool and the Intercoastal Waterway. The complex is on a minimum wake zone for boaters, so we had dolphin sightings every time we went out on the nicely furnished large balcony. We even had a couple of manatee sightings! Though we brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, we were surprised the unit was equipped with these things, plus tennis rackets, board games, everything you might need in the kitchen, and much more. My friends and I highly recommend Unit #409 at the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club.

Awesome Place and Location

We loved this place. We for sure would go back. This unit provided so many things for the beach and to play tennis with. Great location, quick walk to the beach and the balcony view from the unit is beautiful too. We had an issue with the AC but someone came quickly to fix it. Great managers. Thanks
