2nd time guests

The property was clean and well decorated. With having a larger family we prefer staying at a house or condo to take advantage of a full kitchen and laundry. We have stayed here in the past and had a great experience and this time was no different! Only a 10 minute drive to the beach and shops in Clearwater make this a convenient and ideal location for my family!

The condo looked very organized and clean, plenty of dishes, all appliances are working but washing machine has mold as well as shower curtain in the bathtub. We didn’t use the balcony because it was very humid. The fridge was clean. The pool was great . Thank you for garbage bags, chairs for the beach. I wish I knew I had to bring/ buy our own body wash and shampoo. I thought there were dispensers. Overall we are happy with our stay! It was very quiet and peaceful.

Highly Recommend!

Cristian & Cristina were wonderful hosts checking in with us a number of times initially to make sure we were settled in and everything was in order. Condo is lovely furnished, well-stocked with everything you need for a home-like stay, extremely clean, and rhe beds are very comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit to Clearwater!

Lovely stay for a large party

My only complaint is that I would have loved it to be EXTREMELY clear on listing that this property is on the 3rd floor and you must walk up. We had a mobility challenges member of our party who struggled. Otherwise, this unit has everything you need to stay comfortably as a family. Instructions were very clear and the location was very conveniently located if you have a car.

This property has fun tropical decor. It was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. It is well equipt with what you need. The Avalon is a friendly social place. The pool is warm and always fun to hang out at.

Wonderful place to stay

Everything was just as described. Hosts were always available. The condo was very clean. Having the pool/beach towels and beach accessories was a huge bonus. Especially for people that have flown in. Perfect location. Would definitely rent this again on our next trip to Clearwater. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at this adorable condo for almost a week. The condo is so nice and equipped with everything you need for a trip away. The property is near many stores and restaurants and less than 20 minutes from the gulf! There is even a gym and warm pool to use. I would def stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very clean and smelled great. It actually looks better than the pictures. Very spacious too. Conveniently located. Near a Publix and a shopping plaza. Very well equipped with everything (kitchen appliances, cookware, beach chairs, towels, toiletries, etc). This is my first time reserving a vrbo. This place exceeded my expectations. Loved it!

Perfect Location

The Avalon Royal Tropical was the perfect location for our family trip which revolved around our daughter's camp at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This was our first time using Vrbo and both Cristian & Cristina were great to work with to help me with the process. The property and condo was clean and well stocked with beach necessities (no need to drag chairs, umbrellas, towels) and the location is close to many grocery stores, both fast food and sit down restaurants, shopping etc. Our family had a great time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week.
