Oh wow, Liz and Judy are true gems! I had a super long day, and was suppose to be in Tampa area. Everything was booked, so we had to go to clear water. Liz and Judy front desk staff was amazing, we had a hick up with checking in, due to my company, yet the ladies made it smooth for us, and everything worked out. At the bar Anothy was amazing... really everyone at the hotel was pleasant. I will stay again if ever in the area. A lot of fast food options right out front. Pool was fabulous, hot tub was better! Thank you Liz and Judy!

The hotel is spacious, clean and always accommodating. The shuttles are great and the drivers are very kind. Dave was a great safe driver that helped out my party anytime we needed to be taken somewhere. Thank you Dave and Holiday Inn crew! We will be back!

Check in was great. All the staff was excellent. I really enjoyed the service of Bruce and Alicia from within the restaurant / bar of the hotel. They made it very enjoyable. I ate multiple times and the food from Chef Adam was great. I will be looking forward to my next visit.

I would highly recommend the park- n-fly. Every time I travel the Shuttle driver Dave has exceeded and provided top notch professionalism, courtesy, and met every expectation. Next time you use park-n-fly. Make sure to ask for Dave. He has been the most reliable driver I have ever seen. Daniel from Chicago

Check in was pleasant and room was nice and clean. I'm not sure what type of cleaning solution was used but our room smelled very heavily of men's cologne... a clean "cedar" type scent. It wasn't unpleasant, just a tad overbearing. We had 3 staying in our room and we reuse towels. But on the 3rd day, I put the towels in the floor for housekeeping to replace. Upon arrival that evening after sweating all day and anticipating a nice shower, we arrived to find ONE towel and ONE hand towel as replacement. The actual breakfast was good, the coffee had a very good flavor but was lukewarm at best. But the server... yikes. She was an AA lady with braids. She was rude and curt. My daughter and I went to sit down (no hostess, seat yourself) and she said, "No. Sit over here.", pointing impatiently to a table that joined with other diners. It went downhill from there. So much so, that a lady sitting across the dining room made eye contact with me and we both shook our heads and smiled. I could tell that the server was *trying* not to be rude at times by giving this slightly scary gritted tooth smile but her eyes shot daggers as I meekly asked her for white bread instead of wheat (like I ordered). I like to end on a good note and say that that the weekend server, Michael, was awesome. He was so nice and friendly and stayed upbeat even when it was obvious staff was short. He asked us numerous times if we were ok. A sign of good management is when good employees are recognized and rude employees are dealt with accordingly.

While we were driving around Central FL we.booked two nights at this hotel. It is conveniently located off the 275 by the Clearwater Airport and although not on the beach it ga e us access to area restaurants and a quick highway trip to see the Rays Rooms are updated and very nice plus Judy who works at the front desk is one of the best desk agents I have encountered in years. Friendly caring and funny! Will I Go Back? Yes if my travels take me to The area again. But will seek out Holiday Inns in the future. They are very updated from years ago and deserve a relook

Stayed with my parents for a night. I was pleasantly surprised overall. Hotel staff is amazing! Everything was very clean. The hotel rooms are being remodeled but the staff is careful not to disturb current guests. The Towel animal on the bed and Kleenex flower a nice touch! I have a very bad back and the mattress was very comfortable for me. The towels are very soft for hotel towels which surprised me! I love the amenities such as the bath and body works shampoo and lotion, mouth wash and makeup remover. The oversized small refrigerator was nice. Tv reception a bit spotty but good enough. The only thing holding my rating is the airplane noise. It is right next to the airport and the rooms are not sound proof. But unless you want to sleep during the day this shouldn't deter you from staying. They also have a nice small pay buffet. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

This hotel has a lot going for it: Good location, safe, clean and comfortable. But I stay in 40-50 hotels a year, and I've been at this for nearly 15 years. This is the first time that I've seen a hotel charge for a breakfast buffet that is normally free at other hotels. This hotel boasted all you can eat eggs, bacon, pancakes and oatmeal, and wanted $10.95 per person! Are you kidding me? If you're going to charge for a breakfast buffet, I could understand, if you upped your game on the food choices. But guys, seriously, I could go to a Comfort suites or Springhill or similar, and get that same breakfast for nothing; it's included in the rate. The nickel and dime business really bothers me here, folks. It's not necessary.

I used to travel to Clearwater for business frequently and always stayed at this hotel. We were in town for a retirement party so this was was first choice. Check-in was a little slow as there was only 1 person checking in new guests and there was an issue with 2 groups at the counter when we walked up. This allowed me time to talk to the shuttle staff and I was informed they could take us to and from the party as it was within the 5 mile proximity of the hotel. I tried to give them my name and time but they told me they were wide open and it wouldn't be an issue. I stated we needed to be there by 6:30 but they still did not put us in the book reserving the time. We came downstairs at 6:05 and there were no drivers available but we were told they would be right back. At 6:30, I called for an Uber and arrived late for the party. When I booked the reservation, I was told it included breakfast for 2. This was not on the reservation and after a conversation, we were given vouchers for a fresh, made to order breakfast. In fact , there was signage in the lobby area promoting it as well. We were awoken a little after 9 by the room attendant even though check out was not for a few more hours. I guess I did not realize I needed to put do not disturb on the door. Since we were up, we decided to go for breakfast. We arrived around 9:30 and were told there is only a buffet, no made to order anything. The server took our drink orders and told us what table to sit at. Several of the items were low and the bacon was completely out. I finally caught the server's attention and informed her there was no bacon. She stated it would be right out. We went to sit down and there were people at the table she told us to sit so we sat at the adjoining table. She then brought us luke warm coffee. Just before 10, I stopped her, (as she never checked on us) and asked about the bacon. She snipped to me that he had to made so it takes time. So much for "it will be right out." Needless to say, with all of the other choices nearby, this will no longer be my first choice. I was extremely disappointed in the overall experience. This was not the least expensive option we had but i chose it based upon my previous experience at this property.

Nice hotel, it will be really nice when they finish the up grades. Wonderful front desk staff. Definitely skip room service, we ordered breakfast. I had the trio sliders they grilled the ciabatta rolls in cooking olive oil and not butter, gross! Everything was oily. The home fries are chopped up frozen french fries with veggies. My husband had western skillet and side of pancakes for $9.95 no meat just pancakes. I don't mind paying for good food but, I basically wasted $30.
