Perfect beach location with water bay views. Ideal for a family vacation or for a Romantic getaway for 2. Step out the back door and stroll the white sand beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and a large living area. You can watch the sunset into the Gulf of Mexico every day from this beach cottage.

Enjoy old Florida. The Gulf of Mexico and private white sand beach is right out your door. Wade out to the shallow sand bar to explore for shells and sand dollars, or walk across the street to watch the yachts go by and fish in the bay. Old Timers call this part of the island "The Narrows" where the sand is just wide enough for a single row of homes. You are surrounded by beauty. Beach behind you, Bay in front of you ....It doesn't get much better than this !

Lovely little spot. The view of the beach is obstructed by a house, but it’s so close to the beach that you’re there within a few steps. So nice to have a quiet place to stay with on premise parking.

Equipped with everything essential, stylish interior that only highlighted the unique qualities of this classic Florida home, we were at once at home away from home. This was my 3rd visit to this property and I love it. It is quaint, quiet, and beautiful! The only thing that would improve this property is new furniture (recliner is useable but handle is broken), the couch is fine, the beds are not so great. The King is sloped into the center and broken down from over-use. The Queen is okay if you like a VERY soft bed. The blinds around the cottage are fine but have broken pieces....more esthetics than workability. Last, the beach chairs are rusted and a couple do not work properly; a lounge beach chair would be nice too.Even with the issues I have mentioned (and I mentioned them before) I will still be back because it really is a wonderful property overall:)

It wasn’t the cleanliness but the lack detail. Kitchen missing a smoke detector, trash n the porch of the house our back area faced. For the entire time, despite a C&R Realty van being there on Tuesday, 5/4/26. The price was high for the house. Several low cost items could be replaced.. I have pictures if you are interested

HVAC, condensation drain is very loud.

We had an amazing time! Got to catch up with a long time friend and swim in the Gulf! The house was so cute and set up perfectly for a little house on the beach! The sunsets are amazing! And there are tons of little places nearby! Id definitely recommend staying at this little place on the beach!!

Very adequate accommodations with a perfect location right by the beach. Coffee in the morning in front and dinner on the patio was a great way to start and end the day. Amazing sunsets as well. Would choose to stay here each year for spring break!
