The Best Sunset view on the beach

It was a perfect getaway, the sunsets were spectacular, my wife and I had a wonderfull time, it was quiet and relaxing, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was very roomy and has a million dollar view, we couldn't ask for anything more, the host was great, the unit was perfect for us.

Great vacation location

Great location for meeting up with our family each October. We each rent a unit, so we have our privacy, but we’re all in the same building and have plenty of together time. This is becoming an annual event.

Would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Watched dolphins swim by as I enjoyed meals on the balcony. Communication with manager was spot on.. furnished nicely with the kitchen equipment I needed to cook all my meals. The pool was super enjoyable. I rented chaises from the local beach supply company. There were a couple of chairs on the condo I cold have used if I wanted.

Great week at the Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The unit is on the top floor which I was not aware of but I loved. I am a light sleeper so I appreciate not having people above me. The condo was clean up to normal standards and the layout was perfect for my husband and I. The building is older so some things were on the more outdated side but everything functioned as it should! I will say, this was the least stocked condo I have ever stayed in when it comes to spices, and dry items that I typically find are leftover in condos. That might be the cleaners completely cleaning out food items but something to be aware of! I normally wait to see what the condo has before purchasing things like trash bags, dishwasher pods, coffee etc. Those items are never expected to be provided however often times I find items like that are left behind from prior renters so thought I would mention for people like me. We love this building, it is in a great location and Beth was fantastic to communicate with. She text me as soon as our condo was ready and replied back to emails promptly. I would absolutely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to others!

Just what we needed

We were looking for oceanfront, on the beach, toes in sand location We were able to rent the large beach chair with umbrella set up in front of the condo. The view from balcony was amazing to watch sunset each night. This condo fit all our needs. It was super clean when we arrived. Even the ceiling fans were free of dust! Kitchen met our needs. We cooked breakfast every day. Could it use some new sharp knives? Yes. Do I wish it had washer/dryer? Yes, because I like to have fresh towels daily. So I brought some from home! Beth was great to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell she cares about this property and the area. The building is older but very clean. The location worked great for us. We were a short walk or five minute drive to restaurants. Grocery was ten minutes away. It is a condo not a hotel so bring toilet paper, paper towels, etc if you’re staying more than a few days. My husband and I both agreed we will definitely come back and 100% recommend it.

This place is as advertised, wonderful pool overlooking gulf, easy access to beach, and breathtaking views from the balcony. You can even feed alligators right across the street at smugglers cove miniature golf.

Peaceful

My sister and I just needed a quick getaway for the weekend. The condo was perfect, small structure so the beach is not long walk from your room to beach. The condo provides beach equipment so if you fly in you don't have to go purchase a cooler, umbrella or chairs!! The ocean was beautiful. Will definitely book again.

Winter Getaway

My husband and I have stayed in various units in Chateaux over the past several years. Consistently, we have been pleased with the accommodations and this unit was no exception. The units are all a bit dated but this unit was comfortably furnished, clean, with everything in working order and the sunset views are beyond compare. I especially enjoyed a cushioned chaise lounge on the balcony in addition to comfortable table and chairs. Communication with Beth was excellent. We plan on renting this unit in the future.

Overall great, could have supply more then 1 extra roll of tp paper. ( we were renting for 3 weeks). Other supply were good. Previous renter did not return tv remotes to tv mode, went without tv for2 days till it got resolved

Beautiful sunsets, quiet and beach not too crowded

Perfect location between Clearwater and St. Pete as we were looking for more laid back area and we found it here!! Condo was very clean and the view of the gulf from balcony is spectacular!! Beautiful Sunsets almost every night of two week vacation. Beth, rental agent for condo, provided detailed info. Where to eat, shop, etc. and answered my phone calls and texts promptly. Only downside during our vacation was that the heated pool was closed twice in the two weeks for a total of 5-6 days while we were there for the pavers around pool to be power washed and sealed. Unfortunately the gas grill is in the pool area so we couldn’t use the grill either. Luckily we heard about the trolley and bought a 7 day pass and ended up checking out the restaurants/bars up and down the coast. Trolley stop is super close to condo. We hope to come back next year same time - would hope that the pavers be sealed before the Thanksgiving holiday next year. Highly recommend this condo!!

This property was well-managed and was clean. The condo was just right for us with all of the necessities to cook meals. It's location on the beach was excellent and our is less than 2 miles to a grocery store. The beach area is quiet with a gentle surf and amazing sunsets in the Gulf. The property manage contracted us to make sure all was well. We certainly want to return here again.

Awesome Place

Place was right on the beach. We had the best time. Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having our own beach chairs and cooler very convenient. We would rent this uniit again.
