Arrival & Departure: Check in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
Temperature : A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
Parking: 3 parking spaces are available, 2 garage spaces and 1 uncovered space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: up to two medium size dogs are allowable with management approval and pet fee. Excessive cleaning fees will apply in cases where excessive cleaning is required to properly restore the property and/or pet damaged the property. Pets must be leashed at all times while onsite and pets that cause excessive noise or disruption to other homeowner's or tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please review rental agreement in full and sign upon booking.
