Great location to multiple beaches, fishing, shopping and other attractions all within a short drive. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond. The heated pool and game room was a huge hit during our stay!

Property was great. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The house suited our large group of adults and children very well. I think the pictures of the property and amenities they offer are slightly out dated. Pool toys and floats are all old or broken one of the bedrooms is connected to another bedroom so that was slightly inconvenient and the door alarm leading out to the pool was extremely obnoxious but other then that it was a nice place beautiful pool and very close to stores shops and things so do.

Loved staying at this property for the amazing pool/backyard space along with how spacious the home was. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were kind. Our host was incredible at communicating. I will stay here again!

Great house in a great location!

We rented this as two families with children aged 1-4. The listing is exactly as expected when we arrived, if not even better in person! The pool was wonderful, the house had all the amenities we needed (which made it very easy to pack and prepare for our trip!) and the location was awesome. Close to amenities like groceries (Publix) and many restaurants. It's also a very short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and "downtown" plus only 30 mins from Clearwater Beach and Downtown. Josh was a great host and communicated with us along the way with tips and suggestions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Spring break

We really enjoyed our stay here, staying mostly at the house throughout the day while the kids utilized the pool. The beach was only a 5 minute drive for gorgeous sunsets. We found the house stocked with everything we required. Plenty of space in a very quiet neighborhood. Josh was very attentive to everything in a fashionable manner. Definitely will stay here again.

Amazing house close to the beach!

This home exceeded my expectations. The check in process was easy, Josh was very accommodating and let me check in 2 days early. It’s located in a very safe area with a lot of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach was only about 2 miles away and less crowded than Clearwater. I loved the layout of the home, the size of the bedrooms and how comfortable the beds were. The sunroom was my favorite part! He had nice chairs and so many areas for family and friends to hang around. When I had an issue, Josh was quick to respond and fix it. I had the best month here. Thank you so much for everything. My family had a blast and enjoyed all the little touches like a coffee station and game room!

I booked this for my birthday so that all my friends could stay with us. It was so fun! We loved the games, pool, and making s'mores by the fire! It was very spacious and clean. Fully equipped with everything you could need. We would defiantly stay again!!

Fun Times in Largo!

My family and my sister and her family rented this house during Spring Break. We have a wonderful time, the house was clean, well stocked, located very close to Publix and the beach. The sleeping arrangements were perfect as we had 4 adults and 6 children. The pool and game room were both a big hit with the younger crowd. Highly recommend this property and the property management was very communicative, responsive and helpful.

Great vacation stay

We had a great time staying in Largo. Josh was a great host and answered our questions promptly. The house came with everything you could need, lots of regular towels and tons of beach towel. We took advantage of the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys and spent a wonderful day at Clearwater Beach. I would highly recommend this location as it worked well for our extended family.
