Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years or older.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essential supplies for your stay, including:


●One bath towel and one pool towel per guest (with a few extras available)

●Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap (starter size)

●One washcloth per guest

●One hand towel per bathroom

●One sponge, dish soap, 5 dishwasher pods, 5 Tide pods

●One roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

●5 trash bags, 10 dryer sheets

●You will be responsible for replenishing supplies during your stay as needed.

We do not provide streaming services or cable TV.

Propane for the grill is guest responsibility.

Tesla Model 3 Performance: A Tesla Model 3 Performance is available for rent during your stay for an additional fee.

Security camera located at front of house and back right side of house facing pool. They are recording audio and video at all times.

There is also a Minut sensor in kitchen and gazebo. This monitors the loudness of your group by the decibels. It does not record actual sound. It is on at all times.
