This is a perfect house for a large family or 2 families. There was space for everyone to sleep and relax plus 3 full bathrooms. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood (with friendly neighbors!) and a canal in the backyard that attracts a variety of birds. This is a perfect location for exploring the area: Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key Beach, Clearwater Beach and John’s Pass. The pool and hot tub were perfect for evenings at home or escaping windy days at the beach. Our only “issue” was traveling with teens and running out of hot water when everyone (8 of us) needed to shower but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the house. Ryan is an excellent host and quick to respond.

The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The house had everything we could possibly need and then some, and it was much larger than we expected. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and a real highlight of our stay. Best of all, the home is less than a ten-minute drive from a beautiful beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
