Excellent hotel as in clean, friendly, and close to eateries and shopping. Love this town of Dunedin. Next door to Clearwater-few miles. This hotel has covered parking!! And pet-friendly!! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff! Check in was a breeze, staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Private, free parking garage was a definite plus as you are close by to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are brand new, with amenities I wasn't expecting, including a mini fridge, microwave, large closet and plenty of drawer space. Beds are comfortable and the added benefit of a private balcony with Adirondack chairs, was a great benefit to wind down after a full day of exploring. Although you are within walking distance of all the town has to offer, it was never noisy while enjoying the balcony. This is a must stay for couples, girls trips, families, etc. I honestly have nothing bad to say!

We stayed 2x in a month’s time. First floor room near lobby was very loud. Second floor room had less ambient noise, Broken toilet in a brand new hotel. This is a clean property near great attractions, Pricey for value of the rooms themselves.

The property is brand new, only open one year. Rooms were extremely large, vinyl flooring throughout and bathroom was all beautiful tile. We had our own, nice private balcony and location was within walking distance to everything downtown Didn’t need to ise the car. They have underground parking garage so no need to try and find downtown parking. There are fantastic cafes for breakfast around the block, so hotel breakfast was continental. I would highly recommend this property. The hotel is immaculate.
