10 out of 10…this is a great new addition to Dunedin. We will be staying again. It’s very clean, had everything we needed in the room and we didn’t have to leave our pup at home (for a fee). It’s also walking distance to many restaurants and breweries

We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. There is a fun beach vibe outdoor bar- restaurant right on the corner and quite a few options just a minute away. Pinellas Trail is right there for biking, running, walking, or brewery crawling and a beautiful sunset is a 5 minute walk. Honeymoon beach is a 15 minute drive with a great dog beach. We had such a great stay that we even extended it. Thanks for everything Grant Street Inn!

The Grant Inn was a pleasure to stay at. Very clean and the rooms were nicely sized and appointed. The only drawback was that you could hear conversations from the reception desk that reverberated down the hall into our room. It sounded as if they were right outside our door having a conversation, yet they were down the hall a ways away. But definitely will be back for another stay soon!!
