Enjoy a beachy, stylish getaway in this newly renovated 1BR/1BA condo just steps from Upham Beach! Features a gulf-view balcony, heated pool, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and parking for one. Beach chairs, umbrella, and buggy included—your perfect St. Pete escape!

This one bedroom one bath condo provides you with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! You will be steps from the beach, a heated pool and various resort amenities for you to use.

The apartment has been completely renovated with modern appliances in the kitchen and a wine fridge in the living area. Smart TV in the living area and a wonderful view from your private balcony. Sleeping for 4 with a King suite bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living area.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating. The resort offers shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment including beach chairs, a buggy and an umbrella. You will also have a digital parking pass for one passenger vehicle.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
