Positives: the bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were terrific. Overall home inside was clean & tidy. The location was great, we felt safe, we enjoyed the neighbors & got to know them. We had eight adults & the house provided 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds & 1 king bed. However, the home was sparsely furnished, there were not enough chairs for eight people to sit at the dining room table, and 1 of the chairs broke with one of us sitting in it resulting in falling back & hitting his head. The home did not have enough plates, there were 6 for 8 and the host knew there were 8 of us coming. Moreover, the plates & silverware were dirty, having dried food on them. We had to wash all utensils & plates & glasses. There were only 2 knives and 3 spoons in the kitchen, and only 4 coffee cups. We suffered a toaster fire which we put out. The grass was over 1 foot high when we arrived. We were surprised to have a hot tub in the backyard, but there was a dead animal & the water was foul. It should be removed. The owner was not very reaponsive & upset we left for dinner after waiting almost 4 hours for replacement chair, enough cutlery, a toaster. House has potential IF the issues listed above are rectified, and actually furnished, for example almost no furniture, only one sectional couch, accomdating 3, no furnitire in FL room, if kitchen was actually furnished/dishes cleaned, the yard maintained, then this would be a great place to stay. Bring your drying rack, chairs, towels
