This property is in a beautiful location on St Petersburg Beach, convenient, and close to all amenities. There was one minor maintenance issue, which we reported immediately, and received a prompt response from management. We deducted one point, due to major construction (a highrise being built) next door. We believe that should have been noted at the time of booking.

We had a very nice time at this location and would consider a return visit. The beach access was great. We met one on site manager and spoke with a staff member on the phone during our visit. Both of them were extremely pleasant and helpful. Staff members were working on the upkeep of the location on a regular basis. Our room appeared to be clean with the exception of the floors. The baseboards in the bathroom were really dirty and our socks turned almost black very quickly when we walked on the floors. I accidentally spilled a glass of water and the white towel I used to wipe it up turned black. The room had numerous thoughtful added items we were able to use that helped make everything more comfortable.

The location can't be beat! Pool area very neat & clean. We arrived near midnight and the door code was not working. We contacted the emergency # provided and received fairly quick assistance, code was reset to a general #, told us to contact office in morning. I left THREE voice messages and STILL have not heard back from anyone! Fortunately, the code worked for us all week. The unit needs a lot of TLC, couch is flattened, furniture is mismatched, kitchen had bare minimum supplies, no dust pan. Mildew in bathroom shower and broken door. The month before, I stayed in another unit which was beautiful, rented direct from owner as opposed to renting through management company. I will definitely stick to renting direct from owner. Very disappointing experience for a week's stay, I expected better for the price as this was not a cheap unit!
