This is a great small motel if you’re looking for a true central Florida experience. It’s small, easy to get in/out of room/property and has many different types of rooms to suite travelers’ needs. The staff is accessible, accommodating and friendly. I loved staying here!

Loved having the use of a bike. I used it for everything!

The first room they tried to put us in was filthy. Stains all over the bed and chairs, bad lighting hid some of the dirt until I opened the blinds. They moved us to an “updated” room, it looked better at first but when I looked closer there was hair in the bathroom & soiled towels.

Staff were all friendly and the room was cute but the bed was uncomfortable and it wasn't as clean/updated as I hoped. Although we knew it was a motel not a 5 star hotel when booking so it met our standards for a place to sleep.

I had a conference to be at in st pete. It was close and convenient for me. My room was more than adequate and quite comfortable.i would not hesitate to use them next time.

No hot water to shower and curtains were dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff is only there on a part time basis.

homey feeling. The front desk staff were SUPER friendly and accommodating. The room has a little stove, mini fridge, microwave and sink as well as all utensils, plates, cups, and cooking pots and pans. The pool is heated and the pool area has a bbq grill. It is like 3 minutes from public access to the beach and there are a good amount of restaurants and hang out places within walking distance. Also they give you pool towels and beach towels (if you ask) on top of the bath towels which was amazing since we didn't bring any towels at all. The 'bad' stuff, was that the outside could use a facelift. They renovated the rooms (at least the one we stayed in, but the outside seemed a little rundown. Also you have to walk on the parking lot to get to the pool (unless you have pool view) and since the street is a little busy i didn't feel too comfy walking out in my bathing suit to get to the pool or back to the room. Also the shower curtain had a lot mold on the inside, but the front desk lady came and changed it RIGHT AWAY and was supper apologetic, but it just left me thinking what else was dirty. and the parking was wacky. they have 4 spots on the front, and then some on either side of the hotel... but not too horrible. We were able to park within 5 minutes all 3 days. All in all a great experience, I would go back to the hotel and super recommend it!

I have been visiting this area for over 60 years and could not believe there's still a place in St. Pete Beach that hasn't been fully updated. I felt like I was in a shed in the Florida Keys!! The room was filthy.....the towels stained......toilet had hair all over when we arrived......shower was gross....caulk was black and missing in areas....shower heads were coated with some kind of grime....should I go on????? I showed in my husband's golf socks because I did not want to step on the felt mat that covered the surface of the tub....thank God they covered my ankles because the shower backed up over my feet........ My family has a home on Sunset Beach that is under renovation and we were considering staying here for an unlimited time as we are moving from the east coast of Florida. NO WAY EVER WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN

It's cheap. Pubic hairs in the bathroom. Not sure the sheets were washed.
