Family Vacay 2023

The property is beautiful and perfectly located. There isn’t a detail that wasn’t thought of to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Great for families!! Will definitely be coming back.

Five star beach house

This is a wonderful property, comfortable, relaxing, and private. Great location, too, with restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute walk. A well-equipped kitchen enabled us to cook many of our meals. With plenty of space to spread out, it’s perfect for families. We highly recommend this beach house!

Beach Getaway

This is our second stay at this amazing house. Lots of room for a large family and very well appointed. The outdoor area with direct beach access , private pool and shaded cabana make it the perfect place to spend a trip to the beach. Morning coffee and sunsets on the balcony are a big plus for this house. Plan to make this house stay an annual event for our family.

Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property on Indian Rocks Beach. Very modern home with great living and entertainment amenities. We were a family of 7 total, three young adult children, plus one older teen and one add’l guest. Place is great for all ages. Great bedroom and bathroom set up. Great beach access. Wonderful patio and pool area, including a great relaxing shaded area. Back of house faces beach and west so sunsets are amazing and you are front row. Would highly recommend.

This was a paradise! The house is exactly as pictured with a nice layout! Plenty of space for 12! Upstairs was the master suite, a room for 2 plus baby, a room with 2 double beds and laundry room. Main floor had a small living room with pull out sofa, an open family room, dining & kitchen that looked out at ocean and pool, a 1/2 bath and another bedroom (all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms!!! Super nice!) The balcony off master and open main floor family all have nice sitting areas and a table off kitchen! Basement has an extra fridge, sitting area and open space for kids to play! It is also storage for paddle boards, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. The pool area was perfect! There were plenty of lounge chairs, a palapa with sitting area, grill (nice selection of grill tools) and tons of pool and sand toys for the kiddos—torpedos, footballs, etc. There were also beach loungers we could take out to the shore and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before returning to the pool/house!Everything was well stocked! From comfortable bedding to plenty of towels, to kitchen dishes and cooking equipment—everything we wanted was there! Also pantry for storing food so you don’t have to have everything sitting on the counter was nice!In addition to direct access to the beach, directly across the street is a Mexican restaurant, Crabby Bills (awesome!!), a coffee & pastry (to die for!) shop & ice cream shop about a block away! We ate WELL! CVS is close too!! Communication—5 stars!

A Few Missing Ingredients

Let me begin by saying the view from this property was stunning. The access from the house to the beach is this residence's single greatest quality. However, several things need attention. 1 The master bedroom remains hot. We ran the ceiling fan and additional fans to just maintain a comfortable temperature. 2 The towels were faded and old. 3 Other properties of this size and caliber provided items such as bath soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. This property did not. 4. The cleaning crew did not do a good job. The toilets were dirty. We had purchased cleaning items to clean them. 5 Some of the ceiling fans were full of dust. 6 The game room/garage stays hot. 7. The dryer needs repairing. It took all day to dry two loads of clothes.

Family Beach Retreat

We had an amazing stay in the house. The house is beautiful and well appointed. There is plenty of room for a large family to be together and enjoy the beautiful beach, pool, tiki hut, paddle boards and kayaks offered by the property. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect House!

We live in Houston and celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday at the house with some Clearwater friends coming over and it was just perfect. A beautiful, clean, cheerful house with gorgeous sunsets overlooking the beach. Easy walks to local restaurants and shops. We loved everything about this house and it’s ideal location. The pool was a perfect temperature. But, the early morning walks along the beach and just sitting on the balcony watching the ocean in the evenings with a glass of wine were the most relaxing. We will definitely come back!

Family get away

House was perfect! Right on the beach with an awesome yard and pool for hanging out. Everyone had a great time and there was plenty of room to either all be together or be separate. Kitchen was very well equipped and the entire house was clean. I’m a great location, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shop. Loved every minute!

Fantastic, beautiful beach house

The house is beautiful, perfect for our group of 3 families. 4 bedrooms, each en suite, and all with flat screen TVs, but only the master is ocean view. The master also has a walk-in closet and very large bathroom. Nice pool with lots of beach and water toys, kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, beach towels provided.

Amazing Spring Break Stay!

The photos of this home do not do it justice! The view of the beach during the day as well as the evening sunsets are some of the best we’ve seen! It was a wonderful spring break stay for my children and grandchildren. The home was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice having a TV in each room! The home is tucked away from the main road but within walking distance to everything you need! The grocery store is just down the road (about a 5 min drive). It was a short drive to Clearwater Beach and Sand Key! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing Family Vacation Stay!

The pictures of this property are wonderful, but don't do it justice! The inside property, backyard and views of the ocean are breathtaking and worth every penny! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. The extras like beach chairs, canopy, paddle boards, kayak, pool toys, ping pong table, etc... made the stay even more convenient and fun. Nick, the property manager was responsive and very nice. We would 100% return to this property in the future!

As Billed, Amazing Beachfront House Indian Rocks Beach, Tampa, Florida

From the time we entered in the home, we were amazed and at home. The pictures of the property on VRBO accurately reflect the home. RIGHT on the beach, it was great to come and go off the beach as we pleased. Rooms: the rooms were perfect for a large or extended family. We had to parents, 4 children under 10 and two grand parents and it was perfect. One room has two full beds. Could also accommodate 3-4 couples easily. Each room with their own shower or bath which made everyone feel at home. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for us. A large open area with views of the beach and sunset everynight. Even when sipping coffee in the morning, dining, or playing cards, just open one of the three sliding double doors and you have the ocean soundtrack to enjoy. The beach was perfect. white sands that felt cool under or on your feet, a Long Beach shelf to wade out into. Great for kids. Beach toys and amenities galore: kayak, paddle board, two tents (7 and 10 feet canopy for shade), sand castle equipment, sports balls (volleyball, soccer, football), pool toys (noodles, rafts, etc.). The owner/manager even got us a high chair for our little one as well as a pack in play which makes all the difference for our travels. There was even more to the house we never got to. There was a speaker system throughout the house that it appears you can patch into. The town of IRB is quaint and quirky like a typical beach town. Not as curated as places like Sandestin or Rosemary or Seaside, so a bit more "real" or authentic. Regardless, once in this beach home its just you and the beach, no traffic noise or rowdy outdoor crowds. We had wonderful time in this home! Thank you.

Great property

Great location, clean property, right on the beach, we have a 14 year and 4 year old twin boys, they all had a great time. Property is very clean and close to many interesting places for the family. Property manager is super cool and easy to get hold of.
