Ceramic tile throughout, decorated with neutral decor and newer furnishings, free broadband internet and cable. Washer and dryer complete the convenient features of this home-away-from-home.

We are located in Indian Rocks Beach, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's, Hurricane Eddie's, Kegans , TJs Italian and Guppys restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa.

The location was absolutely perfect. Condo was very nice for the price point. Had everything we needed. Extra beach chairs were a plus. The only detriment at all was the balcony overlooked a parking lot and building, but the proximity to the beach, lower level parking and the price more than made up for it. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
