We had a wonderful long weekend with our extended family. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was reasonably stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Beach was wonderful and as an added bonus there was shade for a couple of hours in the morning (but if you are a sun worshiper you can just move a bit closer to the ocean for full sun). The beach chairs and cart to carry them to the beach were a real bonus! The pool was small and wasn’t appealing to us but everything else was so great we didn’t need it. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table in the garage. And wow—-there are a LOT of TVs. If you come in spring or fall the roof top porch would be amazing (too hot for us in summer). This is a great vacation rental and we highly recommend it.

Super nice house, location and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, the battery was out on the door lock system and it took us a couple of extra hours to get into the house (and check out is 10AM - a bit early IMO, most others are at least 11AM if not 12). The maintenance person was great, but this should not happen with a house the is paying a separate rental company/agency for. Also a ton of paperwork to fill out beyond VRBO with the rental company which is a pain. This should be a 5 star house.

We had a great stay here! Highly recommend to others. The place was very clean and as described. It was so nice being able to walk across to the beach. The beach was in a quieter area while still having restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do nearby. It was also easy to get to St. Pete Beach and downtown. Communication was easy and very friendly as well with the front office. Would definitely come back!

This property was spectacular!Immaculately clean, roomy, comfortable and quite modern.We used all the bedrooms for our party of 8 adults and everyone had the room and privacy they needed.Everyone remarked that the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms provided the essentials that you would expect.The kitchen was also very well stocked with essentials, but we needed a moment to figure out how to properly operate some of the modern appliances.The roof-top open space was spectacular, and we made use of it at every opportunity when it wasn't too hot. This space was roomy and very comfortable, with a great view of the ocean, and gorgeous sunsets.The garage was so clean and roomy!! This was wonderful because we rented a Jeep Wagoneer, a vehicle large enough to comfortably seat 8 with extra room for cargo, and we got in and out of the garage easily.We used towels, chairs and the cart/wagon in the garage to go out to the beach and that was lovely, too. We never used the pool, so I can't say much about it except it was extremely convenient to get to and looked very nice. It just didn't fit with our schedule on this trip.The ELEVATOR!! OMG, we loved the elevator. It was especially helpful for moving luggage on move-in day and move-out day!The only issues we encountered related to Ceiling fan remote controls and TV remote controls, but these were very minor issues.Bottom line, I can't say enough about this property. We are happy we decided to rent here.

We had a great stay! The townhome was as described - clean, nice amenities, plenty of space, and in a great location. We've been spending December holidays at the beach for a number of years and all guests said this was the nicest place we've stayed yet! Thank you!!

The house is truly amazing. Clean, nice beds, great comfy chairs, etc. it was an easy walk across to the beach (just one block walk). And outfitted with great things. We did have some commutation issues though as they use a rental company that is only open 9-5. Example: We were using the pull out room which had no sheets - and since it was past 5, had to wait until the next day and just had to make do (we were a group of professional adults so that wasn’t fun). That room also has a very noisy with hot water heater that clanked and went off at all times of the night.

Boujee on the Beach

This property was beautiful, modern decor, very clean, across the street from the beach. My family went for July 4th weekend. I booked this property, thinking we would be able to see fireworks from the rooftop area, but we were not able to see them from there. A 5 min walk across to the beach and we were able to see them. My family enjoyed the ping pong table, the pool, and the rooftop sitting area. My family also thought the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We had a great time!

Awesome Family Getaway

This rental was fabulous! Our family had an amazing experience. The house was extremely clean, the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The location was near all of the places we wanted to go to. The kitchen was nice, spacious, and had everything we needed. Access to the beach and pool was unmatched. This house was supplied with everything we needed and more. The superstar of the visit was the elevator which was useful for the senior citizens of our group. All ages from the youngest to the oldest enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again.
