Book your perfect beach getaway at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, a gated condominium located on Madeira Beach. Walk less than 10 minutes and you’ll reach the beach, restaurants, dive bars, the grocery store, library, post office, shopping, and a recreation center with baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, and kids playground. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk is 2 miles away.
Full access to the newly-remodeled 755 square foot unit on the second floor with views of the intercoastal. Spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths. All new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including glass-top stove, dish washer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge. New furniture featuring a king bed and a full size futon that sleeps 2. In-unit washer/dryer.
No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. No pets allowed.
$50.00 non-refundable condo association application fee.
$130 one time cleaning fee ****
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.
The condo is located on the second and third floors of the building. You will need to climb a set of stairs outside on the ground floor to get to the front door of the condo. Inside there is another set of stairs that goes to the bedroom.
MBYC is complete with private parking, two heated pools, fishing piers, sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating tables. The clubhouse includes a gym, sauna, and billiard room.

Beautiful
The apartment was stunning and clean. The bed was lovely and big with a beautiful view. All amenities needed were provided and extras too. Sitting on the balcony to watch the boats was so relaxing. Wi-Fi was excellent. Bars and restaurants a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Quiet Retreat
This was the perfect location for my adult daughter and I to spend some peaceful quality time together at the beach. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the view was delightful. Very clean and updated property. Plenty of space. Thank you for a great week.

2023 Spring Break
The condo was exactly as listed, we had no issues at all during our stay. This is in a nice, clean, and quiet community with a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the CVS or Winn Dixie for groceries. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay! Great location with Winn Dixie and CVS directly across the street and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only a 8 minute walk to the beach and the waterfront view of the harbor and boats from the patio was wonderful! Very clean, appears recently upgraded and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Gated community requiring a key fob or gate code to enter so we felt very safe. Beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were great as well. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
