Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dinnerware, silverware and more!

Brand new Mini Splits (A/C) will keep your unit as ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want it to be!

The common area feels like you are in your own backyard brick patio with a large covered grill, fire pit, water fountain and seating for each unit as well as larger tables with umbrellas for outside dining. An outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are included in each unit. The common area has beach toys, coolers, and even beach wagons are available on a first come, first serve basis. Laundry facilities are also located in the common area.
