This was a great place for our family beach getaway. The beach house was very clean and well appointed. We loved the vibe right down to the neon lights. Would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic time. The bungalow was adorable with a very nice 1950s vibe. The deck was the highlight for morning coffee, sunset, or just Lou gong anytime of the day. The beach was not too crowded and conveniently located to John’s pass.

My group and I had amazing time at this beach house. Literally right on the beach and close to so many things and restaurants. The house was so cute and perfect for us. Bob was super responsive anytime I messaged him. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Our host Bob sent us a thorough review of the property , surrounding area and details involving check-in far in advance of our arrival which made the arrival process seamless. The property had a great "old Florida" feel, and was spacious and comfortable for our 3 generation group of 5.The beach is easily accessible with an unobstructed view from the living room and deck. The John's Pass boardwalk is a short walk away. With an absence of high rise condos, the beach is almost private. We hope to return.

Everything was perfect - exactly what I was hoping for in a beach getaway. Bob provided so much information about the area, where to eat and things to do. He was so friendly and accommodating. It’s a wonderful home on a beautiful property with direct access to the beach. I’m looking forward to coming back!

We had what we were calling a work retreat. We needed a large dining table to set up monitors and laptops. We needed separate rooms and the walk to the beach was perfect for our breaks!

Location, Location, Location....If you want a rental right on the beach look no farther! What a beautiful ocean view from the deck! This unit walks right onto the beach and you can see fabulous sunsets from the comfort of the home/deck. This rental offers a large deck, spacious living spaces and well stocked kitchen. Great communication before and during our stay from the host. We did not need anything during our stay, but the host was available. 5 Star Host and 5 Star home1
