Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No problem finding places to walk Fido. Didn’t see any poop laying around when walking her around which is a plus. Room was clean, cute and perfect for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed -good water pressure. Convenient to beach, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the stay this time of year, not overwhelmingly crowded. Definitely recommend

What a cute, convenient, and friendly place to stay! The pool was beautiful! Centrally located with a quick 1 minute stroll to the beach across the street. Our room was pet friendly and everyone we encountered from staff to other visitors were a pleasure! The rates are great for such a cool place, Thanks to Austin who was so accommodating and meeting Andre was a pleasure and we thank him for his help!

I will say that we were quite disappointed in the shape of the place. The photos online don't represent the room. Updates are required.1. No outlet in the bathroom.2. Bath exhaust fan doesn't work3. Bath light fixture is rusty. 4. Doors have moisture rot at the bottom and are the cheap hollow core versions, with rusty hinges.5. No dresser to put clothes in, nor is there a place to set an open suitcase. We had to live off the floor.6. Paint was sloppy; didn't bother to avoid the doorknob and painted all over it.7. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom to set toiletries or towels. 8. Filter service light is on, and I suspect has been for quite a while.9. Worst off all, the air conditioner does nothing. Noticed not just by the fact that the room never cooled, but it isn't draining any condensate outside out of the pipe which means the compressor isnt functioning. It just runs and runs 24/7, with no effect. It was a sweaty 4 nights. Must be costing you a lot in electricity. I get it that it was the "Efficiency" level room. Just a bedroom and a bathroom, but it was sad.If I were to grade the place, I'd give it 2 out of 5 stars, only because the grounds were nice and location was convenient to the beach and town.

Great location. The particular room we had was probably the worst in the resort. It was really small, the sink faucet was really hard to use. They had a picture behind it showing how to use it. The bed was fine though and you could see through the windows that many rooms were larger. Would stay again. Just in a different room.

Great stay

Host did amazing job communicating. We did not have any ridiculous chores to do at the end. Just check out. The location was a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Great food and bars on the beach. People were nice. Prices were affordable. Going back next chance we have.

Overprized and outdated. Very small, look somwhere else. Inconvinient. No hot water. Everything is old. With vrbo and taxes its exacly double price tbat posted. Never come back again. Everything very old, lots of police and for sure youll get ticket. No stores close by, have to go to the city 10 miles. Never book through vrbo.

I felt the property was not as advertised we had a room barly 120 sq ft with no place for bags extra towels were place in chairs the bathroom had a sink with no counter space to place a tooth brush no hair dryer. The room was advertised as apartment style with kitchen, which we thought would save time and money from having to eat out for every meal and then be charged for cleaning when it was a poor hotel room

The proximity to the beach is excellent-3 minute walk. Too close to noisy at times swimming pool and Shipwreck restaurant directly behind the property. On a sunny side, there is a Jolly Trolley stop across the street at Mandala Bay/Idlewind St, no sign though. Great for budget tourist to get around for $5 per day. Thank God for Google Maps!

Perfect getaway

Host couldn’t have been more accommodating when we extended our stay last minute . ! Cut property .. great having the pool when it was a bit windy at the beach .. which is so close by. Chairs and towels for beach available .. you do need to get them early . One day we went late and no chairs where left in the storage . One night people at pool were loud but we were right near the pool. But also nice to hop in anytime .. so not a big deal . Can’t wait to stay again
