Stayed here for 2 nights. It has really nice rooms, clean and quiet modern fittings etc. Bed was really comfy. Its in a good area for restaurants, groceries etc. Very close to the beach, its about a 5min walk to the beach. And its a beautiful beach. Also the apartments are very good value for money.

Great spot

The place was cute, less than a mile to the pier and all of the shops. My daughter and I walked and spent the days down there and then walked back at night.

Great Location

Location great. Communication good. Downside was the cleanliness I’m afraid. Bath painted and the paint had chipped leaving rusted surface. Inside toilet rim had decades of dirt and floors and surfaces really needed a good deep clean…our feet were dirty if we walked in it.

Such a nice stay!

We came in for the half marathon and this was the perfect place to stay for it! The accommodations were amazing, super comfortable bed, great kitchen items available, and perfect size for a long weekend! The shuffleboard was so nice and the pool was adorable and warm! Love the way it’s been redone while really keeping with the old world motel vibes. We had a great time and will absolutely be back.

Fantastic time in Clearwater beach

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Manaco in Clearwater beach. Simple place with a 2 courtyards. 1 with a pool, and the other with bags and shuffleboard. This is all you need for a getaway at the beach. The north beat at Clearwater is where you want to be! Even made some new friends on site. Thank you so much.

Fun in the sun

For the price it was a great place to stay. Location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Everything in walking distance so no car needed. The only negative to us was the very slow draining bathtub so you were always standing in water when showering. Probably due to sand in the pipes but we found that disgusting. Otherwise, a very nice retro feel property. I would recommend this property.

Small and stuffy

The room was small with a kitchenette that needs updated, the bed was good, but with beds its hard because everyone likes different comforter. Our issue is with the bathroom, small and tight needs updated but NO VENTS OR FANS AND THE WINDOW OPENED INTO THE LAUNDRY ROOM. For the most part the room was clean.

Good location

This property was for sure a good location, about 2 blocks from all the action. It comes with everything you need and the property manager does have great communication with you throughout the stay. There were some cons though with this property. Considering that it is an older place, the walls are fairly thin and I could hear the neighbors crystal clear and they were definitely using their inside voices. In addition, the washer and dryer were close to the room and with the directions that it was next to our room, we had a couple of men yanking on our door at 10:30 at night thinking they were going to be in our room doing laundry. Hopefully a sign is added so no future customers have to experience that and some kind of noise cancellation device so you don’t hear the neighbors as much. Other than those 2 things, it is a great property and very clean.

No frills but plenty of pluses

This retro vibe motel village works on a budget. We had a small space with a kitchenette large enough to make breakfast and stocked enough with what it took to serve a meal. The room is simple… Bed and couch. TV complete with google tv. Bathroom is small but again, good enough. The real plus is location… walk across the street to the beach… walk a block and find great restaurants. There are a couple great bars in the area also… We made a stop on the way to pick up groceries and then never left the area. The beaches are among the best we have seen in Florida… This is for someone that is ok with no frills… This is a great stay as long as you treat your sleeping quarters as just that… If you need to be pampered there is a Fairfield Marriott across the street for double the price…

Absolutely perfect!

What an amazing place to stay! We were less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was way beyond our expectations. The king size bed was unbelievably comfortable, the couch was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. The room was very clean and the decor was pleasing. It was a retro look decor and blended very well through out the complex. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We even received updates with suggestions and locations for breakfast and diner . I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Clearwater

Check in was 10 minutes after designated time. I received 2 room numbers and 2 access codes. It was a combination of the 2 that got us in the door. Small shaved hairs in the shower that did not belong to us. Beds were clean and area very near beach and restaurants. Pool was large and nice.

The property is on the quiet end of the beach in Clearwater! The staff was quite helpful! They are working on updating the rooms. I had a fantastic time while I stayed there for 5 days.

Affordable stay nice beach access

The room was great for the value it was close to everything going on in town but yet far enough away for the beach to not be as crowded. They had extra beach chairs and towels available to use at the beach which was a nice perk. Only complaint is that we could’ve used more pillows. Would stay here again!
