This location was perfect for our annual getaway. The balcony overlooking the beach was a great way to start and end the day. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were walking distance and the condo gave us plenty of room to spread out. Dan was a fantastic host and quick to respond whenever we reached out. The property was excellent. The views are incredible, and it's a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Lot's of fun beach equipment as well. Host was proactive and friendly. My only complaint is we had to leave.

This location and this condo were absolutely amazing! It had everything from large spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses and a view that you just can't beat! It even had all the beach accessories that you could ask for, including an umbrella! And perhaps the icing of the cake was binoculars so you could look at the stars at night or out at the boats during the day. The location was perfect at north Clearwater beach. Not overrun with people yet so close we could walk to Frenchie's and the Palm pavilion and even the shops closer to downtown Clearwater Beach. Love love LOVE this place and will definitely be coming back!!
