My family of 4 and our 4 nieces and nephews came down from WI for a quick getaway before school started. This place was a great location. Far from all the noise and close enough to walk everywhere. We loved that we were close proximity to multiple beaches. On days we wanted a quieter beach we went to the park beach and then on days we wanted to end our nights with lights and music, we went to Clearwater Beach. The condo was perfect for us, not too big and not too small. We had 3 teen girls who we let stay in the master bedroom. They loved the huge closet and the spa bathroom with separate toilet room. We hardly saw our girls because they loved their room so much, especially with their own patio slide door. Then our 3 teen boys enjoyed stay in the room with the bunk beds and just hanging out in the living room and patio. My husband and I got to have our own room with our own TV, so we could still have our alone time. The kitchen was perfect for our 1 week stay. We cooked our breakfasts and lunches, then went out for dinners. One of our favorite restaurants was just a few blocks to Salty's Island Bar and Grille. Delicious food, fun live music and an amazing wait staff!! The extra wall storage was great for our all water bottles and just miscellanious items since there were so many of us we were able to avoid clutter just lying everywhere. Only con for us was the small swimming pool. It was overly crowed with the other guests, but we spent most of our water time on the beaches so it wasn't too bad. Overall... excellent stay! The host was also great at responding in a timely manner. Our questions were answered and instructions were made clear as well as posted in the laundry room for all of us to check off as well. Definitely will have to rent this place again!!
