The best of both worlds. Located on a quiet residential street with commanding views of the city and downtown. New home built in 2019, modern amenities, lovely outdoor space on the Waterford River trail. Walk to downtown on the trail or a short 2.4 km cab ride. With views comes stairs. Please not this is not an accommodation for individuals with mobility issues.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wonderful stay
We totally enjoyed our stay, didn’t want to leave! Great location walked the trail to downtown , house was spotless spacious and so comfortable! Would highly recommend this cozy place to anyone.. Sylvie Morgan
