This is the main floor of a traditional two-apartment townhouse. Upon entry, you’ll walk into a small shared porch area with two private doors — your unit is on the left, secured with an electronic lock for your privacy. Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind:

This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, any processing fees incurred during your original booking will be deducted from the refund issued.

- In accordance with city guidelines, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM.

- Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted on the property.

- Please treat all amenities and facilities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately.

- No additional guests are permitted without prior approval. Please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate guests.

-Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered.

- Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.

- Please do not wear shoes inside the property.
