Cheap Hotels in St. Helena, CA

"The hotel is a nice place to stay. The rooms are unique and spacious. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We originally had a 2nd floor room, but there is an interior sunken area and felt it best to be on 1st floor to avoid a potential fall during the night. They were kind enough to accommodate the request. Breakfast was enjoyable. We did find it extremely misleading that they promote evening wine tasting. They didn't have it the night we were there and said it is only done, when available (read the fine print). We were excited to try some of the local wines and was a factor in our decision to stay there. If they only have it occasionally, they shouldn't advertise it as a benefit or phrase it so it clearly is not a nightly event. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. "
