Friendly staff. Good location off Route 29. Quiet rooms

Harvest Inn. Is nice place to stay in St. helena about 17 miles up north from Napa. My wife and I spend 6 days at Harvest inn this December. Weather is chilly at St. helena. Also it’s walking distance to like 4 wineries for wine tasting and also there lots of small mom and pops shop to buy clothing and food. All the shops are pretty expensive. Only complain I have is for the money we spend they should have given us free breakfast. I would do research prior to booking at st helena again and would not stay longer than a weekend. Some of the positive things at Harvest Inn was free parking, free WiFi and our package came with a small wine bottle. It was nice place to stay but will not stay longer than weekend and it’s Mainentence is nice and clean.

The property is pretty. The room could be updated

The staff was incredibly helpful, beautiful location, great restaurant, the spa room at night is stunning because you sit outside in a personal hot tub under the stars. Clean and beautiful hotel. Highly recommended

The location and property itself is perfect. Welcoming staff. Great venue for a wedding, which we attended. Absolutely cannot wait to return.

The picture on Orbirz web site showed that room has vineyard view, but the actual room was facing noisy swimming pool. Plus, the room had overwhelming smell of ashes from fireplace. The staff at check out didnt even ask how did we like our stay. Apparently they didnt care.

Incredible vineyard view. Best value in Napa Valley. Breakfast was great too.

The staff was great, and the amenities (ie the shuttle to and from wineries) was spot on!

The facilities appear to pretty old but remodeled. We had a great experience and loved the Harvest Inn.

beautiful hotel my room was in front of the sembradios of grapes very beautiful and romantic

Hotel staff was generally pretty friendly. However when I came to check in at 2pm and the man said my room was not ready and that check in was at 4. He took my phone number and said I would receive a text when my room was ready and that it would be no later than 4pm. Well after 4pm I had not received a text yet so I went back to check in. He said that the cleaning staff had failed to notify that the room was ready. I think the customer service in this interaction could have been much better.

Charming buildings, great location, comfortable room- wish we could have stayed longer

Nice grounds to strool around. Wine tasting a vineyard in the rear.

The Vineyards and Mountain View’s behind the property are beautiful and have a very relaxing effect. Staff and accommodations are excellent.

My husband and I booked a couple nights stay to celebrate our 13th Wedding Anniversary as well as Mother's Day weekend. We were excited to relax pool side without the added responsibility of watching/entertaining our 3children. Unfortunately, upon us checking in we were told one of the two pools was closed (non operational). WHAT!! This was not listed on either website Orbitz or Harvest Inn. We were disappointed to also find out that the pool that was open was short on lounge chairs and the hot tub didn't work. Ugh!!!! Overall it was a nice hotel to stay at and the staff we interacted with were friendly.

Everything was great. Food, staff.. The only thing was the bed was way too soft. My back was sore for a week.

We were disappointed that the resturante was closed but we knew this going in! Lovely room and excellent breakfast... Would return anytime.

The hotel was nearby St. Helena and the tasting rooms in the Napa Valley. Our room was backing onto a vineyard and we had a hot tub to relax in the evenings which was a highlight of our stay there. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend the Harvest Inn for a stay in Napa.
