Staff were excellent to deal with. They helped me with everything that I needed. I didn't like having to swipe my card to go up to my floor on the elevator however. I am also handicapped and was in the farthest room from the elevator. This was more of an activation however, and not the hotels fault. I didn't tell them previously about my handicap.
Pool was very cold, but kids didn't mind. Waterslide was amazing! Hot tub was hot and very relaxing.
The room was very clean. More accessible plugs would be an asset. The bed I found on the hard side however. I woke up with an aching back because of this.
Many assets, but a few aggrivators. Would probably not stay again due to the quality of sleep I got from the mattress. If that was fixed, then I would stay again.
