This property should be rebranded a motel 6

The staff was great but we booked this room after traveling 24hrs straight from CO after my mother passed and the only amenity put into the filter was hot tub, that was “out of service” we didn’t request a handicap room but we got the one nearest to the breakfast bar so it was loud with conversation starting at 6:30 roughly 5hrs after getting in and to sleep, the walls litterly had cracks down the center and then the load bearing center wall had a very large crack along the top between the wall and ceiling. This is a Wyndham property the breakfast always has variety this has bisques and gravy and a waffle maker, no water coffee and Apple juice. The only pleasant part of our stay was the people.

When arrived ,the young man at service desk was very friendly and accommodating,,the room was clean and neat,and comfortable,,,but when ready to leave the lady at desk ,was ask by other guest for bread for toast,and her was remark was breakfast was was over in 10 mins ,she couldn't see if there was bread ,,,I didn't think that was very good customer care,,,,
