The GM needs to be FIRED!! She was extremely rude. She confronted a guest that was traveling with me loudly in front of other guests at the breakfast area because she was making 3 waffles. She could have pulled my friend aside and not make a scene. We brought her ADA registered dog. The GM said “I’m willing to bet Anything that the dog isnt ADA.” Well she is WRONG! I went to calmly find out what happened and why the controversy. The night staff changed per my request our room but didn’t change it in the system. Somehow that was my fault.

Location, Location, Location!

Nice location to visit Wheeling! Our staff and room were excellent. Professional, courteous at check-in. The room was clean, mostly updated, and quiet. Close to a large Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again in the future.
