The staff was so friendly so it makes me feel bad even complaining. But, the room was pretty dirty. I didn’t even want to touch the bathroom door because it looked like it had never been wiped down of dirty fingerprints and it was broken and wouldn’t close. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable and not what was pictured at all. There was a sheet and a thin fleece blanket rather than a comforter. The pillows and fleece blanket were also covered in someone else’s hair. We paid extra for the hot tub room but the jets wouldn’t work because the dial was so stripped inside it couldn’t catch the knob to turn on. The wifi is open so it was very slow and we weren’t able to watch any movies on my laptop.

Very clean front desk was very nice only thing your hotel should have a soda machine outside or in the lobby had to walk to get a soda at 11pm but will definitely stay in the future
