Thelma at the front desk is truly a gem. So charasmatic and full of helpful hints at enjoying the city. This has to be one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Wonderful mattress, pillows and sheets. Magical!

From the moment I arrived, it was clear this hotel does not prioritize cleanliness or guest comfort. The room itself was a major disappointment. It smelled musty, like it hadn’t been aired out in weeks. The carpet had visible stains, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in the shower and grime around the sink. The towels looked old and rough, and the bedding didn’t feel fresh. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot anywhere in the room. Overall, this stay was not worth the money. There are far better options in the area for the same price, or less. I would not stay here again, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing experience.

The staff was very nice and friendly. However, in the first night my bathroom toilet did not work and this caused me to have to switch rooms to the other side of the hotel complex with all of my belongings.

We asked for an accessible room and the “accessibility” just didn’t make sense. They had a seat in the tub but nothing else even came remotely close to bring accessible. The shower head wasn’t adjustable so you couldn’t bathe properly using the seat. No bars to hold onto anywhere. Super low toilet. No room for a walker or wheelchair.

The room was very clean and bathroom nicely updated. The front desk clerk had a difficult time finding a room for me. I stood there for several minutes while they searched your computer for a room that had been cleaned at 4 pm in the afternoon. She was very professional and friendly but you need to give these people better computer systems. A check in should never take that long.
