Esta hermosa isla casa de la piscina. Las majestuosas palmeras, el hibisco y las azaleas mexicanas lo reciben en nuestra casa en la piscina de la isla en un lugar deseable. Nuestra casa está cerca de la playa, a solo 1 minuto en coche!
Refrésquese en la piscina de agua salada.

Nuestros huéspedes adoran esta casa de playa familiar y soleada con suficiente espacio.

Acabamos de terminar de remodelar la casa y estamos en el proceso de redocorarla. Vamos a actualizar las fotos muy pronto.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, but there were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. When we arrived, the floors were quite dirty, within 15 minutes of my two young children running around barefoot, their feet were completely black. I ended up mopping the floors myself, which was not something I expected to be doing on vacation.Another frustration was the lack of flexibility with check-out. With two toddlers, getting everyone out right at 10am was challenging. When I asked for a small extension (even just until 10:30 or 11), I was told it would cost 50 to stay until noon. Since it seemed no one was arriving immediately after us, a little flexibility would have gone a long way — especially given the overall cost of the stay.There were also quite a few house rules posted around the property. While I understand the importance of guidelines, having them displayed everywhere made me feel anxious about accidentally breaking one, which created some unnecessary stress during our trip.Lastly, the WiFi was very limited. If the TV was on and the kids were using their tablets, no one else could connect. My husband actually had to purchase a hotspot to get his work done. Overall, the property itself was lovely, but the main issues for us were cleanliness and WiFi reliability. With a bit more attention to those areas this could easily be a five-star stay.

Very spacious house that accommodated a very large group of our family. The house was very clean, spacious, and accommodated a large group. We were in town for a wedding so didn’t have time to enjoy more pool time and time at the house, but was definitely just as it was described in the listing. Was very pleased with everything aspect of the house and would love to book again when have more time to enjoy the amenities!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay! The house is clean and spacious with bedroom on both side of the living room/kitchen. Big dining room table for group meals, well equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with great water pressure! Comfy beds and plenty of closet space. The pool was lovely and well cared for. The location is idea, so close to the beach, the historic town, the zoo, the pier, etc…. We ve been coming to St Augustine yearly for the past 6 years and I am delighted I found this house as we needed something with more bedrooms this year! The owners are incredibly responsive to any questions or issues. I highly recommend this rental.

Exactly what we needed!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The layout of the home, the pool in back, the proximity to EVERYthing we wanted to explore (downtown, beach, local shops) was ideal. The house was bright and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was centrally located where we could have short travel times to the beach, restaurants, and the old towne. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet! The house was beautiful and clean, they made sure it was accessible and equipped to house a large family so that everyone is able to have their own space. Owners are very friendly and communicate well with renters, from before your stay begins to after you’ve checked out. Definitely glad I found this rental and will most definitely use again in the future!

Pool was amazing. Temperature of water was great. Communication with hosts was easy and they were quick to respond. Would have appreciated a more clean interior (i.e mopped floors, clean grout in kitchen/bathrooms, fresh bath towels- had mildew smell).

Quiet neighborhood, short drive to activities.

Stayed here with family. Plenty of bedrooms and space. Less than five minutes from the beach (free parking), about ten minutes from downtown. Would have been nice to walk to some places, but it is not advertised as such so it is accurate. The pool was amazing for the kids. Communication with owners was great. They were very responsive and let you know of maintenance people coming. Fence is not completely closed on one side but we did not have a pet so didn’t matter. House was clean with normal wear and tear for age of the house.

Upset that fence damage was not disclosed

Entire right side of fence was down. The host did not disclose this damage to us even though he knew we were traveling with 2 dogs. Dangerous conditions for pets and small children. No privacy. We would never have booked here if host had reported the damage that he was fully aware of.

Great location, plenty of room to accommodate a family getaway. Great host and very thoughtful and communicative!! He had recommended a few good places to visit while we were in town. 2 minute drive to the amphitheater, 6 minute drive to downtown. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Terrific St Augustine Visit

Our group had a terrific time at the house. The bedrooms were all nice and comfy, the kitchen had all we needed and the pool was lovely. The only things that would have made it better would be better quality and more towels, pool floats and beach chairs to bring to the beach.
