Beautiful, welcoming ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit. King bed in master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Three TVs, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy a cool drink on the patio which is located directly across from the swimming pool with an ocean view and beach access. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
