Nice ocean front condo

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. It is a 2nd floor, 2 story condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. Summerhouse is a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of busier beaches. The pools are well maintained and nice to cool off in after a hot day at the beach. We had a few inconveniences upon check in: we arrived at 4pm(for a 4pm check in) and the unit was not ready. Very frustrating after a long drive. The unit itself was missing a few key items that we had to then go to the store and get ( toilet paper in 1 bathroom, trashbags, laundry detergent, ect.) Most rentals provide those items, enough for atleast a few days. Overall we had a nice day, it was a well maintained and nicely decorated condo with beautiful views.

New Year Getaway

Summer House Unit 262 provided an awesome New Year getaway after the hectic holidays. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and appointed! Comfortable furniture (inside and balcony), as well as very comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you would need! The ocean views and sounds of the waves crashing from the balcony were so relaxing!! Lots of extras in the community were a plus. The unit is multiple levels, so guests need to be able to handle stairs.
