Very Disappointing
When we arrived we were given a code that did not work. The management forgot to mention to use the pound sign. We tailgated someone to get in. Once we arrived in the unit it smelled of a fish odor. We opened everything up to air it out. The Wi-Fi info is on a small sticker on the fridge not on the instructions left. We found it ourselves 2 days later. No response to an email. We had no contact with management until the day of our arrival once I called. The woman asked if she had called me yet and I said no. She laughed and thought she did. The unit was extremely dirty with dust caked on for months. The management did send someone to clean and refunded our cleAning fee. The housekeepers still left much of the unit dirty and dusted only what I mentioned. The screen was broken and they removed it so door remained closed. The walk to the beach is very far!!! We drove to a visitor lot but still had a distance. The management did not know if chairs and umbrella were in the unit. No umbrella and old chairs. Left the umbrella that I purchased. The beach itself was spectacular! Beautiful white soft sand. I would not use coastal realty again. I’ve never had an experience like this.
