Sunshine Daydream sits just off the Matanzas Inlet, a beloved spot for fishing, paddle-boarding, and windsurfing. Multiple balconies allow you to make the most of the fresh outdoors, taking in ocean breezes, sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the river while relaxing with family and friends. The split floor plan with three bedrooms, King and two Queen on the 2nd (main) floor, and Queen, Twin Bedroom, and Den Rec room on the lower floor make this house perfect for families or groups. The upstairs space also includes the main living area, gourmet kitchen, and dining, a large deck running the full length of the front of house that looks out over the water, and a rear deck with rockers looking out over the gorgeous trees in the backyard with a peak of the river. The lower level has a Queen bedroom w/rear deck seating area, Twin bunk bedroom, and Den/Gameroom featuring a sofa pullout, large screen tv, game table, Kitchenette, foosball and board games. Wake up to sunrise everyday over the ocean with your cup of coffee enjoying the ocean breezes! The downstairs den is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch a movie or play a game of foosball. The house comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies so that you can cook "at home," along with soft bath and beach towels, and crisp bed linens. Enjoy a number of fine restaurants, plenty of bars, and local attractions, parks, and the beach all within a few minutes' drive.



***Note: The pool heater season is from November 1st - April 15th. Pool heat is available upon request. Pool heat must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Please inquire for pool heat fees.



Depending on the weather conditions, the pool may not hit the set point of the heater. Please note, when night temperatures go below 50 degrees the heater cannot operate effectively. Please plan your vacation activities accordingly. No refunds are issued based on weather conditions. ***

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
