The staff was courteous and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great with so many choices. I have stayed in hotels before that offer a continental breakfast which includes coffee, stale donuts and some fruit. This hotel had waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal with many toppings to add, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, coffee, juice and more.

Room was newly renovated. Half of the hotel was still under renovation. Room was next to the elevator with made a loud vibration/humming noise anytime it was in operation. Was hard to sleep. Would change rooms. They shut all the water off on Friday at noon until 3 without giving anyone notice. The clerk did call corporate and got them to approve turning it back on around 1:30 after complaining. The place should be really nice once reno is completed though.

The room and the bathroom both dirty and dusty. The sofa bed sheets and pillows stink likes been used before. I had to ask for clean bedding sheets. No iron, no cable tv in one of the room tv. The front desk staff very helpful. The hotel is under renovation.

The stay was overall good, the breakfast was good and had a pretty good amount of options. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.The only thing was that this property is going through renovations so at one point, the icemaker on our floor was blocked off, and then on the last day of our visit, there was a really loud drilling noise in the room next to us to the point where we couldn’t even hear each other talking. Thank goodness we were checking out that day though but still, I was not aware that they were going to be going through renovations. Also, it says on Expedia they offer a shuttle service but front desk staff said that is not true and they’re not sure why it says that, so be aware of that because I was depending on that for most of our transportation.
