Great for a large group
We needed a place for 9 people for a family wedding and this was perfect!!! Great location, within a walk to the beach, short ride to downtown and after a long day of wedding parties, the hot tub for 10 was just a perfect wind down! I did have to text Jessica once, her response time was within minutes. A great experience for all the guests.

Spring Break 2023
This property is in a fantastic location with very close proximity to a nicely maintained public beach access walkway. The home itself is wonderful and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. It was truly the most well appointed VRBO property we have ever rented (and we’re frequent flyers). The backyard, finished garage/game room, and loft were all big hits with our kids. Thanks for putting such attention to detail into your home.

Amazing family retreat
Celebrated 60th birthday with kids and in-laws. Very excited to be together at a wonderful property. We had high expectations and it really delivered. Home was wonderful, clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved short walk to beach. Owner was extremely attentive. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Butler Beach House Perfection
We stayed at the Butler Beach house just after Hurricane Ian. Everything with the home was perfect! The new Beach Walk was closed, but the public access was only 2 blocks away. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect family vacation rental
We had a wonderful visit to St Augustine as a larger family. The accommodations at this rental were perfect for the age range (2-18) of my children. Our favorite aspect about the home was the close proximity to the ocean (very short walk) and the private nature part of this beach. Highly recommended!
