Just outside the home, a shared saltwater pool offers a refreshing place to cool off year-round. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). A deck and covered outdoor dining area extend your living space, giving you a place to relax between beach outings or gather for casual meals. Beach essentials are provided to make your time by the water even more convenient.

Living across three levels
Designed across three levels with a private elevator, the home offers comfort and ease for guests who appreciate accessible movement between floors. Inside, each space is arranged to support both relaxation and connection, with smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout. The bedrooms feature three beds across three sleeping spaces, paired with 2.5 baths for convenience during group stays.

Kitchen and daily convenience
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed for preparing meals, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for a simple coastal dinner. A washer and dryer, keyless self check-in, and climate control with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help ensure a smooth, comfortable stay.

Boater-friendly location
If you’re traveling with a boat or jet ski, the property provides parking for your watercraft and quick access to a nearby Intracoastal Waterway launch. After time on the water, outdoor areas offer a place to rinse off and settle into the coastal pace again.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
