Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2.5 baths. The primary suite includes its own full bath, and another bathroom offers a bathtub for laid-back soaking after a day by the shore. Soft bedding, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches support restful stays.

Outdoor living
The private patio gives you a spot to enjoy the coastal breeze, while the shared saltwater pool invites refreshing swims throughout the year. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach access sits just across A1A, making sunrise strolls and shoreline time simple and close.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides what you need for home-style meals, and the dining area creates space for easy breakfasts or relaxed dinners.

Comforts & amenities
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support comfort in every season. The living area includes an HDTV, and bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. A washer, dryer, iron, and hangers make longer stays convenient. A private elevator connects all three levels, and the driveway accommodates parking for up to three vehicles.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
