Excellent location! It is lively because you’re right off the main strip so if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs are beneficial. The balcony was wonderful in the evenings and early morning.

We had a wonderful stay!! This place is spotless, beautifully decorated and in the best spot! I will say that being located directly above a restaurant and bar it’s a little loud later in the evening than we would have preferred but aside from that minor detail this place was wonderful!!! Would stay again!!

Unit was beautifully furnished, impeccably, clean, and close to all Saint Augustine had to offer. Felt like it was brand new and that we were the first guests to occupy it.

Awesome place downtown!

Amazing place to stay downtown! In the heart of St Augustine, everything is right at the door step: breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping and bars. We had the best experience! I wish we owned it! We will def be back for another staycation at this place in the very town we already live in!!

Such a cute, comfortable unit. Perfectly located, exceptionally clean, and great communication from property manager. Restaurant downstairs has a little noise until around 11 pm, but not a problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

This place was right in the heart of everything. We were able to walk to everything within 10 min. The apartment was clean, well equipped, newly decorated. We were in town for a wedding and it was so convenient having a home base within five minutes of everything. The hot water tank ran out after one shower so plan to stagger getting ready a bit. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Where do I even begin? This unit was so wonderful. It's beautifully decorated. It was close to everything. We didn't have to use our car because parking was so convenient. Ryan was immediately responsive to any/all questions I had. I can't say enough good things and would definitely rent there again! LOVE.

Heaven in the Historic District

I almost don't want to tell you all how incredible this unit is because it will fill up! First, it is immaculate. Communication was clear and frequent. The unit is beautifully decorated and welcoming. It is close to absolutely everything! You can park your vehicle and not get in it again until you leave.
