This completely renovated beach-side home offers all of the amenities of a condominium, without sharing walls!
Step through the front door of your private beach house to an open concept living area that has ample seating for up to 6 people and brand new...Everything! The light and bright kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking supplies, dishware and utensils that make it easy to cook for your whole family. The dining table seats 6, The living room has a comfortable sofa and a 75 inch smart TV.
Continue through the house to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with step in shower and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has twin beds. All bedrooms have a 42 inch smart TV. At the end of the hall you'll pass through a door into your 1 car garage and laundry area.
As soon as you exit the driveway, you'll find that the Sea Place community has everything that you could want for a fun week of activities! Community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and a beach access walkway just to name a few! Small Dogs with permission and pet fee allowed.
You truly can't go wrong with this sweet St. Augustine Beach gem!

Spring break getaway

On a scale of 1-10, I rate this location as a 10. The home is spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I loved the 3 season room off the living room. It was the perfect place to sit and read on the rainy afternoon that we had, and also a great area for the kids to play games. Would definitely like to go back again!!

Great stay - family friendly home

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The house was exactly as described - well stocked, plenty of room and very close to the beach. The only room for improvement with this property would be for the pool to be heated for the shoulder seasons as it was too cold to swim in March.The property manager was very quick to reply to any questions at all and the house was spotless upon arrival.If you’re looking for a vacation at the beach, this place is perfect. In the warmer months, the pool is excellent as was.

This is a very nice property and everything it was promised to be. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay there again and would highly recommend this property.

Great location

A few issues (washing machine doesn’t work properly, hall bath door is VERY HARD to close and doesn’t lock, that will hopefully be addressed, but lovely home in a very nice neighborhood, conveniently located close to beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
