Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th floor Balcony Suite is the closest to the beach access and pool area without being "at the pool." The view from this 4th floor condo is amazing. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a recliner in the living room where you can view the 32" flat screen TV. Wall mirrors provide extra views of the ocean. There is a quaint table for two and an upgraded full kitchen including stove top and oven. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub with grab bar. The cucumber cool bedroom is tiled and has the queen bed and a 26" flat screen TV. This condo is close to the elevator and stairs. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Sadly this was a disappointment! The shower was about 2 minutes of hot water and then cold only. The inside was completely outdated. The tv had about 3 channels, gross smell inside, the chair and couch completely sunken in along with the bed . If it wasn’t for the view of the ocean, we would have left the first day .

Exceptional beach for walking, biking, relaxing. Corner condo with low quality tired amenities. Sofa not comfortable and smelled like urine. Tiny cheap table and 2 chairs in living area. Balcony had a bar height table mismatchec with 2 plastic low height chairs. Not functional to use. Tiny Kitchen with cheap inadequate supplies. A small skillet to at least make eggs would have been nice. Bathroom tiny and door opens in so made it even harder to use. Squishy pillowtop mattress. Furnishings low end and decor looked like it came from Dollar General.

Great view, interior warmly decorated, well stocked kitchen- very clean. Only two changes- Mattress and topper so thick- bottom sheet falls off… and only 13 basic channels, DVD player not connected properly, even maintenance guy couldn’t fix it…

Overall our stay was very pleasant and the view was perfect! The bathroom is very small but other than that we enjoyed it. One other suggestion would be to add another high top chair on the patio. With the shorter chairs your eye level is right at the railing which affects the view. Would stay again!

Great location, dirty old condo

The location was great. Staff and property owner were easy to reach and helpful. Condo was old and dirty. I now see many have pointed out how trashed the furniture is and furnishings. Floors, corners and paint are dirty and sticky. If stay in the complex, but not this unit. The bed was also old and the topper didn't cover it up enough. The sheets continually came off. Location and view were great.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE BUT THE UNIT WAS VERY DATED & THE HOT WATER RAN OUT IN 5 MINUTES.

The unit could use updating and the shower situation needs to be addressed. The hot water ran out in 5 minutes. It was very uncomfortable.

Sweet spot to enjoy some rest and relaxation....bed slept great too😊. The view of the ocean is fantastic.!! One of the improvements could be ....the sofa cushions sink a bit too much and is not comfortable for sitting, but the recliner sits well. I would recommend this little sweet spot for couple needing some vacation time.

The property is nice for people with pets. The pictures show it all. Kitchen is cheaply furnished with minimal items. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The resort is nice and the beach was wonderful. There are a few eating places within walking distance.

Beautiful Valentine's Day Beach Stay!

The condo was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. There was a good view of the ocean with nice patio furniture on the balcony. The only issue we had was the hot water heater, as it was very small and only allowed enough hot water for short showers. This is understandable though since the condo is on the smaller side.
