Entering the home, you find an outdoor European style courtyard that can be used as a gathering space. As you walk inside the home, you can relax in the comfort of furnishings procured and placed with the guest in mind.

The game room is sure to keep the whole group engaged as they try to stay focused on game and not stare at the wrap around glass windows face the bay as dolphins dance amongst the sailboats.

The living room boasts plentiful seating and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy the view while inside situated perfectly as the hub of the home adjacent to open dining area and a fully stocked updated kitchen ensuring everyone is together recapping the days memories.

Must be at least 25 years or older to rent. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

Children must be accompanied by an adult when on the dock at all times. Use at your own risk.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, exterior or interior.

Dogs only -- up to 2 dogs are allowed for a non-refundable fee of $176.25 for the first and $293.75 for two. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one, $250 for two. A fine of $500 will be charged if dogs are not disclosed prior to check-in. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.
