Our Swim Spa is professionally cleaned once a week by a certified pool service. While we strive to keep it pristine, occasional debris (like leaves) may appear due to wind or weather.
•Need an extra cleaning during your stay? If available, an additional service can be arranged for $100.
•Please rinse off all sand before entering the Swim Spa. Excess sand left behind may result in a $100 post-stay cleaning fee.

Rental agreement and ID verification are required after booking. Violations of house rules may result in fees or removal without refund. There are NO parties or events allowed without prior written approval. Noncompliance fees may include: $500 per unauthorized pet, $500 for smoking inside the home, one night’s rate for late checkout past 10 AM, $150/person/day for exceeding max occupancy, $100/hour for deep cleaning, stain removal, illness-related cleanup, $500+ for plumbing damage (please flush only toilet paper), additional charges for tampering with safety/pool equipment, missing items, or damage not covered by the damage waiver. We appreciate your respect for our home and policies. These rules help us provide a safe and high-quality experience for every guest.
