Everything was pretty amazing: great location, friendly staff, and an excellent bar and breakfast. The room itself was very nice, but the mattress was disappointing. It wasn’t very comfortable for the price, and we both woke up with back aches on both nights. Aside from that, it was a truly great hotel overall.

For such an expensive place this place was just ok. Crappy towels, very stern decore, parking was an extra charge, food very expensive and not a location close to the downtown as advertised. I would not recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, including the lobby personnel and cleaning staff, but especially Paul Sims, the maintenance man who helped us when my car wouldn’t start. He went out of his way to help us jumpstart and wouldn’t accept a tip. Thank you! Regarding the hotel, it’s what you’d expect and mostly comfortable. I think it was overpriced but it’s the holidays. Also, there is a fair amount of noise as if it’s not well insulated. The beds were comfy but the room has no dresser or closet but there is a rack to hang clothes and a surface for baggage. Also you can hear everything from the bathroom and sometimes the hot water didn’t work from the sink faucet. The shower was nice. The lobby and outdoor patio are very nice. We didn’t eat but they have complimentary Starbucks coffee.
