Great stay

This is house is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to the beach. It is within driving distance to numerous restaurants. Loved staying here. We had a great time. Highly recommended!!

We had a great time and the location was short driving distance to places. However, we did not find it just a three minute walk to the beach unless you are power walking. It is close and definitely walking distance but more like ten minutes. I would definitely recommend it to friends and other family members.

Great Location

We enjoyed our second stay at this house. We had extended family join and it fit everyone perfect. It’s awesome to be able to walk quickly to the beach.

Nice House and even better location!!!! House is almost brand new!!! Work perfect for our family!!! The fenced yard was awesome for the dog. Easy walk to beach.

Location is best

This listing did not disappoint with the walking distance to the beach. Made it great to go and watch the sunrise. Definitely has the new construction feel to the house. Great fenced in yard for our dog to be able to run around. Great that the house was pet friendly.

Great Week at a Great House!

We had a great stay at this cool house! It was very roomy, very clean and a very convenient location. It's on A1A, so we had to be careful backing out of the driveway, but it wasn't a big deal. There's a beach access very close that was such a nice, short walk to see the sunrise in the mornings. The owner was very responsive throughout the reservation and check-in process. We did think more comfortable sofa and chairs in the Living Room would make this place perfect!

Family beach trip

Great rental home. We have a large family and we were able to book this one and one 3 minutes up the road. Road to drive on the beach was right up the road as well! The house was clean and just like advertised. Thought we would have issues getting out of driveway on A1A but never had an issue. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

St. Augustine Trip ‘24

The property is great. Its is clean. The owners provide everything needed in terms of dishes, sheets, and towels. Check-in was easy. The check-out process was the easiest I’ve ever encountered in a beach house - the property owners ask for a few very basic things before checkout. No heavy cleaning needed before you can leave! The property is a close walk to the beach but, if this matters to other renters, there are stairs on the beach walkway closest to the house. However, there are plenty of other beach access options including driving on the beach.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. It is very hard to cool, which can be expected in extreme temps and lack of exterior shad but if you’re used to sleeping in a cold bedroom at night it can be challenging but the host does provide fans in each bedroom. The provided pack and play was very appreciated and can be used as a crib for the smaller children. It’s also one less item you have to pack if you do bring a small child. Each bedroom has 2 towels and wash cloths so you will need to bring laundry detergent in case you need additional towels. Overall, this was an excellent property to visit!
