I got there on Wednesday January 10th at 3pm The person at the front desk told me to wait She went to check to see if she had rooms available She came back 20 minutes later started texting on her cell phone try to sell me tickets to the light show She did everything byt get me a room afrter 40 minutes I asked her if she wanted me to leave and come back she said yes.

The bathroom has mold. We sleep for one night only the room was without hairdryer but we did not need so we did not really put attention on that but at the time of check out they charge us for the hairdryer, I request a manager who did not show, the person told me that manager will call me but it is already a week and did not received any call.
It is near the outlet, I-95 and Saint Augustine
For a pet friendly hotel is very clean. We travel with our cat so we're limited where we can stay. We always stay here as a short getaway and it's always clean, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast is good.

Smells bad. Someone set the fire alarm off at midnight smoking in their room.
Roaches in the room and on my son's bed. Phone did not work to call the front desk. Went to the desk twice and no one there for assistance. The room smelled musty.

The pillows weren’t the greatest but still managed to get some sleep.
The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly. The room felt a bit muggy and the bathtub needs replacement and the titles need some work.
