About the Home (Please Read)
Because of the home’s age and history, you may notice:
Slightly uneven floors in some areas
Walls with character from decades of plaster work and repairs
A layout that reflects a classic 1920s build
These are part of the home’s charm—not signs of damage—and are typical for homes of this era.
That said, we take pride in keeping the space clean, fresh, and comfortable, with newer laminate flooring and carpet throughout.

There is a separate apartment above the home called “Springfield 1925.”
It is a completely separate unit with its own entrance
As with many older homes, some sound transfer is possible between levels.
Most guests find this minimal, but if you are highly sensitive to noise or expecting total sound isolation, this is something to keep in mind.
